The National Association of Cytologists approached the team to provide a full event management service. Their request was to provide support to their annual conference which included:
- Delegate management – registration of attendees to the conference with full online support and financial management
- Management of speaker, exhibition and sponsorship partners
- Venue liaison and onsite registration and support
- Design, production and project management of all related conference materials
- Management of event feedback and evaluation reporting
