Creative us of AV equipment for conference success
It took all our creative juices to make this a complete success for the Baptist Assembly who had chosen this Blackpool venue for their annual event. With 2000 people per day over 3 days there was enough to keep both us and the team occupied.
So what was included. Well, we started with over 80 pieces of staging, two 17 ft projection screens, overflow side projection screens of 12 ft each, plus the lighting, and this was just the main room; as we also used a solution of feeding the video through to 3 other locations within the hotel This was complemented by a PA for the band in the 'Prism' room, and two large exhibition stands with custom made furniture.
Gary Smith said "We chose Piranha because we had worked with the guys at two previous events in Scotland and were very impressed with the quality of what was provided within what we could afford. The calm demeanour of the team and a ‘nothing is too big a problem’ attitude has aided us in putting on an event which is stressful but never comes across as that. Piranha are a great team who are easy to work with and deliver what’s needed brilliantly.”
