Capita Education Conference

Piranha supported the Capita Education Conference at Chesford Grange Hotel in Warwickshire. After advanced planning we provided a truss rig which was flown in the hotel's Kenilworth Suite. The rig provided hanging points for a full stage lighting wash, four MAC 250 moving head lights and pinspot bars which we used to spot tables for the conference dinner.

Piranha techncians ran sound, light, and visuals during the event as well as filming all sessions in the main room during the two day conference. The large set was comprised of two 10x7'6 rear projections screens and had a central inner curve section which we lit with LED uplighters. Our Nexo PA rig provided support for all speakers and was utilised to 'lift' the Jazz band during the conference dinner.

We enhanced the conference dinner further with coloured uplighters to theme the main room. The event took approximately 8 hours to rig and 3 to derig.
